A medical intervention cannot be forced on you, and this is a case of a private, non-licensed person offering medical advice. As a public accommodation (private business open to the public), this will get them in big trouble as it's a civil rights issue. Discriminate against me because I can't wear a mask? (It puts me at risk of hypoxia, pleurisy, going on a murderous rampage, etc.) If they kick you out, file an injunction against them. No need for a jury, just have a judge decide.
