When I was seven yrs old and in the face of my mother's recalcitrance, I went on my own by bus then tram from our home in Adelaide, South Australia's southern suburbs to Glenelg Beach, the same place from where 9 yo Jane, 7 yo Arnna & 4 yo Grant Beaumont disappeared nine yrs later on Jan. 26, 1966.
So at the beach on my own on a hot Summer's day a fellow came up who wanted to take my photograph I told him "go ahead," a little while later another bloke arrived he looked at home in his business suit, he told me his name was Rockefeller and asked if I wanted money.
I told him I did not want his money and he went "what, you don't want money," I told him "what would I do with it if I had it anyway," and told him he should be moving along .. it was David R, true story.
