You can run and buy everything that you need now, and CREATE the shortage that you certainly fear, or you can get everything that you normally do, while stocking up on a few things that you know that you can use in case you can't find them for a month. If you're in fear of a shortage, you're going to create one. The media has been using this tactic for years, even before the Rice-a-roni virus was out. Now, it's just a convenient side effect for them. Don't buy it for a second.
