Making one up is to cooperate. To cooperate is to strengthen its control over your life and the lives of others. With privacy invasion and by proxy control being the original goal things will change as much as needed until that goal is met.
Its for this reason we have every attempt under the sun to remove the ability to falsify that information. Whats more is a person of honesty shouldnt need to falsify it in order to preserve their privacy.
The old kind. They want you to have absolutely zero chance of privacy. Privacy hinders control. Control absolute and unassailable is what they so desperately want.
