merging at faster-than-traffic speed behind a fucking 18-wheeler with no visibility into the lane he's entering. stupid as fuck. not only that, it appears that two eighteen-wheelers AND a car are parked in that lane, something that should have been visible for at least a half-mile prior.

driver was stupid and is completely at fault. don't drive like this. cutting across two lines is fine, but only if you already know what's in those lanes.
