I have. It’s been awhile. Is “insulated light bulb” a description from that? I’ve just never heard anyone call a light bulb insulated. It doesn’t even make sense. Light bulbs are sealed.

The real culprits for starting fires are switches. Arc... BOOM. (If the concentration in the air is critical)

To me, the important question is: Where are the switches located?

The light bulb screws into a metal thread, that also can arc. It has to be shielded behind a casing.

Positive electrical connections (such as threaded light bulb connections) do not arc. Arcs happen when there is incomplete contact, such as the moment when a switch is flicked on, just before complete contact is made.

When you say things like “shielded behind a casing” it is even more evident you do not know what you are talking about.

No, I don’t need to watch a thirty plus minute video summarizing the Leuchter Report to see where you got your low-information terms about electrical. I have decades of practical and theoretical experience including certification in hazardous installations.
