Two women out walking their dogs when the dogs ran at each other. Rather than trying to take control or pull them back the women started screaming, which hyped up the dogs and they began tearing at each other. The screaming turned to bloody murderer, the kind you'd hear when a mother watches her child burned alive. All in the middle of a suburban street on a quiet night. People had to go out and take control of the dogs while the women thought there was nothing wrong with screaming at such a level over two dogs fighting.
