This is one of the weirdest parts of clown world. Everyone knows that whites, for whatever reason, are good with Asians. We like them. We like them, we want them to live in our neighborhoods, we're okay with them running businesses in our communities. The reason you want to live near chinamen is because they're racist and don't like you. Which is good because they aren't violent and just ignore you. It's bad because they will ignore your business and never help you. They won't literally give you the time of day if there are enough of them in one place.
Chinatowns are lots of chinese in one area, and Chinatowns are "poor" neighborhoods because they don't pay taxes.
Communism in china may be the only way to get them to contribute to the country. They would forego clean water if they were "asked" to pay.
