Turtle dude using my backyard as a shortcut

Not sure what kind it is. It looks like a slider, but it had feet like a land dwelling turtle.

See, that's where I'm unsure. Sliders are actually called painted turtles here, but their appendages are webbed and made for swimming. This guy had feet like a box turtle. Flat and clawed.

I dunno, he was pretty awesome to see, either way
