This delayed compliance is how libs break the law. We had DACA (Delayed Action for Childhood Arrivals), a judge recently delayed her order to halt the CDC's moratorium on evictions, and now this. There are probably many more examples. Why comply with the law today when you can comply tomorrow? I'm not speeding. I just delayed slowing down. I didn't evade tax. I just delayed reporting my income. I didn't build without a permit. I delayed the permit.
