Jeez. Smokers ALWAYS save their cigarette. Doesn’t matter if they’re fucked up and take a bad fall or get in a car wreck. The cigarette will remained unharmed and completely smokeable. I once watch this drunk chick eat shit off a ten foot sand dune at night. She was a little cut up and sandy but her cigarette and drink were just fine. I swear it’s a super power.
what you are describing is called 'cross extensor reflex' i believe. It's a martial arts thing. People can not execute fine motor skills during an adrenaline rush. It's literally impossible to drop your cigarette/beer.
