I doubt it. He says he doesn't blame the firearm, but instead the ammunition. Maybe he'll go after the source of the round, but I doubt that too.

Those rounds have been out of production for close to 20 years, and were designed for 50cal machine guns, not this style of rifle.

It's actually only like $4-5/round. Which is amazingly cheap when you can use it to disable vehicles worth tens of thousands of dollars. This guy is using ultra-niche specialty rounds.
