I was considering trying CBD flower for sleep. I don't want to get intoxicated and I have heard conflicting information about whether CBD has this effect or not. I am specifically talking about CBD with no THC or the legal limit of .3%.
Schizoid brain disorders are associated with CBD use. So yews of course every communist cunt wants you to think you need to take drugs to sleep. Sooner or later you'll get your sleep in order if you you have to get up and stay up at the same time every day. NO stimulants like coffee. Eat carbs at night. Exercise self discipline and you'll be a fuck of a lot healthier and stronger is you don't really on an external"thing".
I am late to the party here but I have tried all kinds of CBD products, food, drink, smoke, vape etc. Yes they work, no they don't get you THC high - though do be aware no process is 100% effective at removing all of it so there is a small buzz at times. My advice is similar to a lot of what has already been said, it will probably help you relax for sleep but generally I would not suggest it, as with any substance that alters your mental state it can create a circumstance whereby you now need CBD to sleep and then your are back to square one or worse trying to sleep without it. But this decision is yours and like everything if used responsibly it can be helpful or a hindrance.
As someone who suffered all my life from insomnia in one way or another and has been highly addicted to sleeping aids, about the only effective thing I can suggest is a routine which involves getting up early, light exercise and not reading voat 10 mins before you are trying to sleep. Last time I cleaned out from my sleeping "aids" it was three weeks of little to no sleep, never doing that again.
Or you could try the traditional solution: make sure to work out in the evenings.

Mind, but not body, and you will be restless, wake early, have trouble falling asleep in the first place - nothing is comfortable, etc (this is most people nowadays). Body, but not mind, and you end up with shit dreams, nightmares, and other things that will cause you to wake in the middle of the night for seemingly no reason, and not be able to fall back asleep.
Another protip, recently confirmed with studies: if you are the latter, and wake in the middle of the night, DON'T pull out your phone. You will set yourself back hours. Just force it, like our ancestors did - it's faster.

When I use to us marijuana I would err on the side of more CBD. It definitely calms the mind and puts your body in a relaxing state. Just be sure to source where the marijuana comes from. Don’t just go to a random store and buy the first CBD pre-roll you find. Know the farm and research how they grow their product. If they themselves can’t source what they use then don’t trust them. It’s best to grow your own or buy from a trusted friend. There’s too much poison in everything nowadays.
Our old family dog got arthritis real bad as she aged. She was clearly in pain, even just sitting (and panting). So we dosed her with 8 drops of CBD. Became wobbly and put her right to sleep. Then we dropped it down to 6 drops.
Seemed to work. Never tryed it myself, the dog died a few months later, put down on the advice of the vet, 14 or 15 years old. (not too sure of the exact age as she was a rescue)
CBC helps you sleep if you have an active mind, spasming limbs, or inflammation pain keeping you awake. Otherwise, CBN can be very helpful without inebriation if you can source it. Good luck
CBD will assist with sleep and general low level anxiety. If you can find a topical of some sort, it will be the most useful; CBD receptors are in your skin.
If you have nerve pain, CBD can help along with THC. I have had spinal surgeries and still get leg weakness and muscle spasming. I used to use muscle relaxers, but CBD use worked well enough I haven't had to use them in the last year.
I usually ingest CBD in a tincture or gummies. Smoking hemp may make you nauseous and not enough smoked won't deliver the desired effects.
just get some "shake" weed. that's the low-thc leaves from the plant. anyone who grows marijuana will give you a giant bag for free just to get rid of it.
there's a big difference between smoking shake weed and the shit they sell to kids now. it's also what puts you to sleep. buying "products" is always stupid.

I prefer it over melatonin when I need it.
Note- I do smoke as well. CBD is absolutely nothing like regular pot. It won’t alter your state of mind in any way.
