That's a knock off show called "Wipe Out", and one of the hosts is a nigress who yells throughout the show.

Dammit, I missed it. The writing was so good for MXC and way better than what the woman was watching, but they had these giant red balls that the people had to jump on and these people were face planting and flopping everywhere. It looked painful but funny as hell.
