That was overkill. No mercy for that guy. Red guy wasn't a threat after navy guy got the gun away. Obviously he did it out of anger and not self defense. The guy in red must of been intoxicated because he was very sluggish in his movements.

Notice the guy at the end who slipped on the floor.

The other guy did not shoot him in self defense. That was all out of anger. He shot an unarmed man. That makes him the murderer.
