Chew gum .. yeah maybe, I know that if I ever hear an Elton John tune it will stay with me "Daniel my brother..," I have developed a protocol that eliminates the song as soon as it takes hold, it is a very simple mantra that only needs a few reps to get results, "f* this bs I am not listening to one more refrain get the f* outa my head," it works with Vietnam War and childhood trauma "flashbacks" as well.
