Not true. Some people get bullied their whole lives. They never grow a spine and are walked on their whole life.

This is largely the result of cultural marxism. Whites are taught to hate themselves and feel false guilt for non-whites, especially blacks. Also the result of dad's not teaching their sons how to defend or stand up for themselves.
