This whole situation seemed like a government set up from the beginning...and then I learn his families names. His mother is named Larcenia and his brothers name is Philonis...larceny and felony. That's the kind of details they enjoy throwing in our face

Ever since the tyrannical entity that runs the country snuck in the ability for a Judge to overrule the Jury in our criminal legal system, we haven't had a criminal justice system. Americans exist in a completely broken system that exists to make examples out of a small number of citizen-slave victims, just to scare all the sheep into behaving. Our legal system is crippled under it's own weight and corruption, requiring attorneys to do anything.. which is exactly how the attorney ruling class likes it.

Everything in the jewdiciary is theater. Your principal objective at this late stage in the game is to simply stay off the radar, because we're now governed by a court of public opinion - and the majority are soy-infused liberal virtue signal hypocrites, so productive & intelligent people only suffer under modern tyranny.

Yep, that's a pretty accurate take on the situation. To add to your part about scaring the populace into behaving...I think that is why we have a prison system filled with murderers, rapists and slightly less violent offenders. Instead of taking them out back and blowing their brains out, we keep them in a place and then threaten normal people with the ability to lock us up with psychos.
