Is soy sauce as dangerous as the rest ?

Like all other additives (((they))) put into food like meat.
If yes it sucks because a number of recipes use soy sauce as base sauce.

Suposedly the phytoestrogens are neutralized by fermenting. Raw seed oils like sesame, and regular soy products can still fuck with your hormones.

You should use Tamari instead of Soy Sauce. It is less salty and (usually) does not contain wheat.

From what I hear fermented soy (as in soy sauce) destroys the estrogen mimicking compound in it. Now let's also remember that beer and most alcohols also have estrogen mimicking items (hops and shit). Apparently only whisky and red wine do not have them.

Instead of soy you can try mushroom ketchup or garum if you want a savory flavor that isn't soy based.

How much soy sauce do you really consume though? It's going to be pretty low comparatively.

None at all, but I saw a recipe on JewTube where the cook sozzled his steacks with a mix of soy sauce and other things before cooking it. So when I saw it I was "❗ SOY ⁉"
