fact is she was right there, she did not hesitate, and the shot was good. so all the little bits of her training are sound, shes just grabbed the wrong tool in the heat of the moment.

The male cop had him under control until the female reached in and acted like she was helping so the other cop could cuff him. And with minimal effort the suspect pulled out of her grasp.
