Hey guys. Hope all is well.
The deleted submissions log is now up and can be viewed by all with an account. This lists posts deleted by an admin or a mod of the subverse. To access, click the button in the side menu. While in /all it will list all removed posts, while in a sub it will just list posts from that sub.
Note: Older removed submissions do not list a date or the account that removed it. I went ahead and manually added my name to the submissions I've removed. Newer posts will track this info.
Note to sub mods: If you need a submission removed from the delete log you can contact me or cynabuns. The reason must be valid and reasonable i.e. CP or dox.
A deleted comments log will soon follow.
I've also added 2 new site rules
No vote manipulation i.e. using multiple accounts to upvote your own content/mass downvoting an account.
and
Any content which contains nudity or could be considered porn must be labeled NSFW. This includes drawn/cartoon imagery.
The last rule is in response to recent abuse and is something I think a majority of the people here want or don't care about. It keeps the site from becoming /b/ and allows people who don't want to see this type of content to block the sub or disable seeing it via blocking nsfw posts in their account options.
Edit: After thinking about it I removed "and be posted to an appropriate subverse" from the last rule.
You could ban porn altogether or at least porn for porn's sake. If someone is posting some mudshark naked and paying the toll, that should get a pass. There are enough sites to see that shit.
I consider this SFW. Just use discretion. The worst that will happen is your post just gets changed to NSFW. Unless you are intentionally being malicious there is nothing to worry about.
Citing CP. The faggot commie (literally) told me he was trying to get me banned for it. He was apparently told "no" as it was considered "medical gore". So they didn't ban me. Instead, once I started talking about the admins being Jewish and their site was a honeypot, THEN they banned me for "long running harassment".
I think there is a pretty big difference between what I linked in my comment, and illustrated porn, such as hentai, which is why I asked for clarification.
Pagan could've easily avoided getting hammered if he just posted his smut under NSFW (most of voat has NSFW posts disabled on default)
Sadly he went full retard and even used alts to comment on his own posts
But now his retardation has cost us a divide because Voat is torn between "shall not censor" and "get your anime smut outta here!"
Personally i think system was right to ban him, because vote manipulation should never be tolerated as it is.

I wouldnt consider kissing pornographic. Thats for damn sure. No more than I would call any facial expression or nudity alone to be pornographic. As for what I consider pornographic its an "I know it when I see it." kind of thing but thats a highly subjective standard. I guess I would say it is sexual contact with an erogenous zone.

Banning and censorship can be hard lines to walk. I envision a day when I perceive something as needing a NSFW flair while System might not, and vice versa. And we'll cross those bridges if we come to them.
