There used to be some videos back in the day called "eight minute abs", "eight minute arms", etc. for people who wanted to buff up without hitting the gym, or who were too poor to afford a membership. I tried them out for a few months (4 vids, 32 minutes total every day) and holy shit did it work. They were a great way to get back into body building without committing to anything more than a half hour or so every day.
This ad reminded me of that. I think I might've actually got the book when I was a kid and iirc it was pretty much those videos in book form.
I believe it. 15 minutes per day is about what I've been doing for a year with mere guidance from influencial fitness youtubers and I got crazy results.
The average skinny guy is generally over-carb'd, underproteinated and thinks basic hypertrophy principles take a PhD to apply properly. Fix that and you can look like Charles Atlas (which frankly, looks natural).
