From what I can initially tell, @Ferry didn't have a mod action within 60 days. Therefore, the only thing that could stop the siege would be @Ferry at least commenting or posting once in 60 days within the time of siege. If you can prove they did, you could potentially give your guild back to @Ferry, but I doubt they did. It seems @Ferry was an inactive GM in +JewMedia, allowing them to be overthrown.
