B12 is supposed to be good for energy, right?

submitted by MrPim to whatever 3.1 yearsApr 7, 2021 20:50:37 ago (+11/-0)     (whatever)

I'm just so run down these days. What's good to fight terrible lethargy? I think I saw someone recommend some kind of pine pollen at the .co

This is very true. Just getting off your ass and getting going is the most beneficial. And cocaine off a dead jewish doctor. That'll get your blood pumping. Great for before sex too.

Imma be a bit more specific.

You need CARDIO. And by cardio, I mean, you need to get your heart rate up. All the way up. Running like a lion is about to eat you, or swimming like a shark is about to eat you for 20-30 seconds is more valuable than jogging at a leisurely rate for 30 minutes.

Also swinging wildly on a heavy bag can give you the cardio you need if you don't have the room/space/time to run or swim. But you gotta get your heart pumping at maximum, and then leave it there for as long as you can stand it.

Meat and only meat its the hardest but at the same time easiest and simple way to boost yourself. You dont need to take any supplements as the body balance everything out by itself. Look up meatrx, liondiet, carnivorediet

I have been considering a high meat diet.

[ - ] Poaler 0 points 3 yearsApr 9, 2021 11:55:54 ago (+0/-0)*

Im not talking about a high meat diet im talking meat only diet. It is hard as fuck staying off carbs but its the best that i have ever done. look up shawnbakermd and just go to reddit, meatrx and just read the stories it cures so much.

Ofc you should exercise and all of that but if you feel like that is far away start with this and it will be easier to exercise.

As in all basic health issues, it's useful to try addressing it without consuming drugs or supplements first.

1) Are you getting enough sleep? Restful sleep? Regular sleeping and waking times? Messing this up can destroy your energy.

2) Are you getting sunlight in the morning? Plenty of clean air and water? A lack of any of these can bring lethargy.

3) Are you getting enough physical activity? Do you have an exercise routine? Do you get up and move regularly throughout the day? The human body deteriorates and functions poorly when sedentary.

4) How's your diet? Are you getting plenty of vegetables regularly? An excess of refined carbs (added sugar, white flour products) tends to send the body's hormonal balance on a roller coaster ride, which can lead to fatigue. Try to eat a variety of natural foods, minimally processed - things that grow, rather than being assembled in a lab/factory.

5) How stressful is your life? Mental and emotional stress really do have a physical effect. If you are always angry, scared, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted, it will play out biologically. I recommend having a regular meditation practice, whether you're stressed or not.

6) If none of that works, there are some micronutrients that many Western diets fall short on, which can leave you tired. Potassium (dates and bananas are great sources), magnesium (salmon, spinach, nuts, seeds), iron (red meat, beans, whole grains), and B12. B12 is a bit tricky. You can get it from meat, but you really need grass-fed, grass-finished, pasture-raised animals (or wild animals) to get it naturally and sufficiently. The average factory farm animal gets B12 supplements, since they don't get much in their diet, but their meat is a poorer source of it. You can also supplement B12 pretty easily. Shots are the best way, and sublingual pills work better than swallowed pills.

7) If addressing the above problems doesn't solve it, definitely talk to a doctor. Fatigue can happen due to a wide number of underlying health problems, and they can test you for more clarity on it. But the first 6 steps should fix most people's energy problems.

Be sure to hydrate. All energy shit is worthless without water in your system.

[ - ] doxcismail 1 point 3.1 yearsApr 7, 2021 23:39:01 ago (+1/-0)

kratom just dont fall into the feels of every day use

[ - ] PeckerwoodPerry 1 point 3.1 yearsApr 7, 2021 20:53:43 ago (+1/-0)

All B vitamins are good for energy and you can't OD on them. Kratom is good too, but it's a double edged sword cause it's addictive as fuck. It's addictive because it works though, so do ya own research.

[ - ] GoatsAdvocate 1 point 3.1 yearsApr 7, 2021 22:22:21 ago (+1/-0)

I must have gotten some shitty kratom then, haven’t noticed anything different.

[ - ] PeckerwoodPerry 2 points 3.1 yearsApr 7, 2021 23:01:25 ago (+2/-0)

I worked at a place that served it. There's definitely shitty kratom out there. Don't buy it from head shops, there's no telling what else is in it. If it's legit, good kratom you're gonna know you took some.

Maca root can really help.

[ - ] yesiknow 0 points 3.1 yearsApr 8, 2021 04:46:04 ago (+0/-0)

You won't get a B12 that's worth shit if it isn't part of the food it evolved in. Beef Liver, Sardines, clams.

Vegans lose their brains because they think they know better than evolution

[ - ] asdf23 0 points 3.1 yearsApr 8, 2021 03:11:52 ago (+0/-0)

Sun, iodine, exercise, vitamins minerals

[ - ] Jiggggg 0 points 3.1 yearsApr 8, 2021 01:08:09 ago (+0/-0)*

Beet powder has really helped me, both with joint pain and with energy. Super Beets is the big brand, but Nature Fuel Power Beets is what I use as a more affordable alternative. It gives me a boost in the afternoons.

I also take a multivitamin and Zinc.

Other people have mentioned exercise and I agree. Moving does wake you up and get the blood flowing.

As for the pine pollen, I recommended pine needle tea to battle a cold... Maybe that's what you are remembering?

Good luck man. Fatigue sucks.

You could get your thyroid levels checke mr. Pim. Sometimes people get hypothyroidism and they underproduce thyroid hormone. Ask for a thyroid panel. Tell them you always feel cold.

There are different forms of b12 and the kind you usually find in cheap vitamins and cereal, cyanocobalamin, is shit.

There are 3 other types of B12, hydroxocobalamin, methylcobalamin, and adenosylcobalamin. They each have their benefits. Adenosylcobalamin is known as the ‘energy’ cobalamin

https://files.catbox.moe/4v9z9e.png

You could try this blend of cobalamins or something like it. It has all three of the better forms. The sublingual form is more expensive but it is worth it. This is a very high dose product . Be very conservative with it. Some people experience anxiousness.

Food that are really high in b12 are like oysters and clams, caviar, liver.

You could have a serious illness, if you don't know a reasonable cause.

Try psyllium husk first. You may just not be absorbing nutrients from your food effectively and it will help clean thing's up.
