No,they're starving. Their population is too big for their natural habitat to support them. Which means returning to hunter gatherers won't save them. Plenty of other animals starve from time to time, you just don't see it.
Most dumb animals are in a population pattern that creates equilibrium: if they become too numerous for their ability to gain adequate resources, they starve until there's few enough left that they can live well again, and the bare minimum need starve. Plus, an often somewhat stable percentage of their population is likely to die due to the dangers of living in the wild, so their birthrate often becomes adjusted to their environment and way of life.
Blacks would also live in this kind natural equilibrium as well, if the outside world would quit trying to force them into a modern society, and continually pay to feed their ever growing population.
Plus, the images of starving blacks are more frequently pushed in your face, because many charity foundation execs and corrupt African politicians make their money when the outside world feels pity, so that's how it's marketed.
I've also notice that it's the most common place in the world for large populations to be intentionally starved to death. Remember Somalia from 30 years ago, and Biafra a couple of decades before that. If there are niggers starving in Africa, it's because someone is intentionally making it happen.
