Texas is giving out licensing to weather modification specialists to allow them to seed clouds in order to create larger rainfall quantities in the growing regions, and they openly admit they have been doing it for the past 20 yrs. I have know this for ever now, but its a good solid pill to drop on your normie friends who want to talk shit about "conspiracy theorists"

Soooo... a chemtrail (which is a trail left in the sky by an aircraft that is seeding the atmosphere with chemicals or compounds or elements,etc.) is fake, but cloud-seeding by an aircraft (which inevitably leaves a chemtrail) is real? Got it. Moron.

Chem trails are usually deployed by single engine piston fixed wing aircraft flying at low altitude over rural areas. Cloud seeding and weather mod are also real.
