You might be better off keeping the running cardio and lifting weights a few days a week.

Just run to the donut shop everyday and eat a dozen donuts. Eventually you have your 80 extra pounds, and may be able to jog and not run anymore.

Go for a nice swim in a deep lake , excellent fat burning workout
