Most disappointing news for me was Sony acquiring a minority (1.93%?) stake in Kadokawa.

They publish a lot of stuff, and will become pozzed from the inside-out as they globally expand with their CyberAgent + Sony collaboration - https://twitter.com/6d6f636869/status/1357236125576818689

Still, anything that fucks Sony is good so this is a nice counter-balance to the above.
