By 90%. That is the 2030 goal. However, I don't think the sterilization is first generation. That is not how the GM mosquito eradication works. It sterilizes the second generation. So there will be no evidence until the kids of the sterilized are old enough to have kids of their own. So roughly 18-25 years from now it will become a "unforeseeable tragedy"
