This is an option now. You can view posts from subs you've subscribed to by visiting /v/front. You can access it in the top navigation bar on the left. I am keeping /v/all as the default view when vising the site, but I've made it an option to have /v/front be the main view if you prefer. No default subs, so /front defaults to /all until you subscribe to something.

Voat.xyz is clunky. In particular, the new page every time you do something instead of updating the page you're in. And you have to implement all these new features one by one. Why did you do a rewrite from scratch instead of just using what Poal used, which is an open source project on Github?

Because that's how it was built, one piece at a time. I have no interest going through and figuring out someone else's code. I didn't want to build this, I was hoping someone else would create us a home, but nothing. And this is better than nothing. You're more than welcome to go play around with poal's source code though. Create us something better.

So not invented here. Might as well create your own operating system and web browser with that attitude. By the way, when I refer to the open source Github project, it's not "Poal's" code, it's just the project Poal adopted because AOU didn't go the not invented here route.

Sorry for being such a complete faggot....but on desktop, I still don't see a subscribe button anywhere. Not on the main sub page, not on the menu options...
