I had a hard time with vilifying cops. I know a lot of cops, who I once called friends, so this shit hits home. Fact is, cops will ALWAYS do what they're told, and they don't give a flying fuck about the constitution, or what's right or wrong. They are, indeed, drones. They will KILL you even if you fucking grew up with them, all because some higher up told them to. It's fucking frightening just how NPC they are.
I learned never to trust cops, even those you grew up with from elementary school. They're ALL NPCs, every single one of them, and they will shoot you in the face if ordered to do so, even if you saved their stupid ass from bullies when you were both 10 years old. They just don't care; they gave up their free will, and their souls, somewhere along the way, and even if they act as your best friends at a weekend barbeque they will kill you without any remorse whatsoever if they're ordered to and think you've become "an enemy".
Never, ever trust a cop. Every cop I've known is on my list, and I'll happily turn them in when the Fourth Reich co0mes. They're nothing more than robots, and I don't give a shit about "people" who gave up their free will (and souls) to become robots simply because "it's easier that way". Fuck them, fuck their families, and fuck their NPC children.

It can be regional. I've been in some places where the cops are pretty cool and the culture of the police reflects that of the community, and they believe their role is "protect and serve". But that's rare, so yeah, my rule of thumb is, don't trust or help cops, because they won't help you.
In my small town, the cops are cool. They are all from here, often for several generations, and are a part of the community. They're just as concerned with gun rights, invading migrant hordes, nigger craziness, etc as we are. They're guys we all went to high school with and know personally.
Big cities have far less community; many people, including the cops, are not originally from there and have no real ties to the community or its future. It's easy for a people to treat each other like shit when they don't know each other. They may be surrounded by people, but they are all still really in Lone Wolf mode.
In a small town, your grannies probably know each other, or you go to the same church, or at least went to the same high school. Less people but closer ties and thus less crime in general, and the cops are people you've known for years.
I think this is part of the "defund police" shit. They want to get rid of local cops who might think twice about fucking over their people and replace them with a national police service so your local police force would be made up of out-of-towners, and thus would feel perfectly fine fucking you up.
