What is the difficulty with uploading and storing video/images? I mean is it bandwidth/cost? Moderating or legally (/morally?) dealing with weird shit morons might send your way? Spam?/Crap? Disk space vs aging content? Technical issue in uploading storing and retrieving content to database?
