If you suspect somebody has a highly contagious viral infection you don’t leave them wait in a public waiting room with others. If other people are concerned there will be people in the hospital with a highly contagious viral infection they will be less likely to attend unless completely necessary to do so. The empty waiting rooms are illustrative of the fact people usually go to A&E with bullshit complaints that don’t really require emergency hospital care.

I disagree. If it were a real pandemic or other natural disaster, he would be more concerned finding food/protecting himself/staying alive than having the time to jump around in an internet video.
