She is very nice, brings the ball back, and does all her chores, which mostly involve barking and eating food that falls on the floor.

Tomorrow i have to see a man to explore the possibilty of selling my dog. I overheard him saying, "I could sell THAT dog for $20,000 tomorrow".

I'm trying to flip my primary residence but the rental suddenly smelled like catpiss when the outside temp got above freezing. Finding someone to trust you with a house is really hard with a dog. I don't think i can deal with cat piss for long.

An enzymatic de-cat-pissifier can work literal miracles. I suggest looking into it.

Top tier Belgian Malinois. 9 months old. High drive, environmentalized/socialized, conditioned to people/other dogs, takes the sleeve everytime, and does obedience with a good attitude.
