By the way if you want to continue to be able to watch washingtontimes.com website after you've reached their story limit then just block JavaScript for that site. Most of these sites that track how many stories you've seen before trying to charge you money do it with JavaScript so if you just block JavaScript on a lot of websites your web activities will be a lot easier.
