I disagree. Children should always respect and honor their parents (but, only if the parents faithfully provided for them and deserved their remembrances). Too many kids today look at "Father's Day" as being the only time to do that and stay "too busy" to appreciate the good fathers or mothers. They use that one day as an excuse for their neglectful habits, and often merely use jewcards to express any of their truly good feelings.
