Incase you were wondering what should be added back into RO / Distilled water, it appears to be electrolytes

So youtube recommended me to watch a "RO water bad mmk goy?" video and I decided wtf I'll watch. Despite being bias for the globohomo agenda it made a good scientific point. RO water does not contain salt, and without red blood cells shrivel or something like that.

Shortly later I found that salt is one of the electrolytes.

Shortly after that I started having heart issues (btw I've been drinking nothing but RO for over 10 years). In particular low blood pressure and "beat skips". I looked this up, and it appeared to be kinda maybe possibly related to the effects RO water could have, in particular the effects of being without salt in the water.

Later I was recommended a video about lifting supplements and particular protein. It was convincing enough so I just looked on amazon for lifting suplements. Immediately it showed electrolyte supplements for water. I thought hmm why would that be needed for lifting, maybe worth a thought about getting.

So then it just crossed my mind relating all of those, hey what exactly are the main elements missing in RO. Looked it up - calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium. Then I thought hmm what are the main elements those electrolyte packets are giving. You guessed it - calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium.

Cracked the code brothers! Enjoy better fuller living with a big FUCK YOU to the globo homo!

Electrolytes are salts. You need sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium for your cells to function.
