Got this fucking neighbor who is definitely a crossfitter dumbass. He takes a giant front wheel of a truck tire and rolls it up my hill 2-3 times per day or so.

If that tire gets away from him, it will definitely kill someone, multiple people. I can't fivd any laws or what the hell it would be called to to this shit.
