It seems those forced conscripted get a few weeks of basic training - but specifically are not given ammo until they reach the front combat line and of course there are the usual neo-nazi nationalist blocking brigades in the rear to dispel any cute stuff.
Their only option, other than being beaten relentlessly for disobedience, is to then kill their own squad mates after going through exactly the same shit as themself when receiving ammo at the front - target the RF and hope for best (meh) or hope they survive the paste makers and be able to surrender to the leading assault detachments (also meh).
