I have always considered it horseshit, on par with astrology or having your palm lines read. The corporate world, however, has embraced it to the point I'm sitting here taking a mandatory learning module on it. Fags.
it is real but some take it to the psuedo science extreme. Like we have proper science on subtle indicators and the accuracy( like folded arms = x but if cold folded arms don't mean x).
Like at the bar a girl approached me and said hi and I just could tell she was a hoe so I politely said hi back without thinking and without thinking I ignored her and walked to the bar passed her like she didn't exist beyond scenery. That is body language communication of non interest. I didn't even consciously do it I had a thought and kept my thought when she said hi and disregarded her unconsciously in order to maintain my conscious train of thought and didn't realize what I had done till after ( bad habit towards white whores who need more mercy for moralization to recover for the good of the white race)
