That fact that someone is stupid enough to post something like this amazes me but that someone else actually considers it possible is on a another level of complete stupidity.
Yes, cemeteries have to pay property taxes which is why so many of them go broke and are left abandoned. After all the grave sites are sold there is no longer any money to be made so the owners default on it. This is much more common than anyone realizes.
