she was impatient and passed a slow car in a no passing zone.
she cried to the cop.
he still gave her a ticket.

I was visiting Canada and was clocked going 164km/hr cop gave me a 368$ ticket and lost 3points. He said in Ontario it's a 10k ticket over 150km/hr
