They do that on some cars but they are mostly there to make removing a stuck rotor possible. You impact a bolt in and it presses on the hub. The assembly line often uses a nut called a Tinnerman nut but anyways. Buddy in the video appears to be using a Mac 20V impact with Amazon sourced #3 philips. Overall I rate his setup as Nigger tier. Get a Milwaukee as MAC/DeWalt will never be the GOAT. He also doesn't show his skin, nigger confirmed.
