I don't evade them, I just buy my way out of them. Most cops are inclined to do favors for other cops, even if they're not in their precinct. Also most cops, whether they admit it or not, are impressed by my... lifestyle. A $200-$300 box of steaks from Lobels of Fifth Ave in Joo York is a lot cheaper than the insurance surcharges for speeding tickets where I live, at least in Assachusetts. Not so much Arizona but I usually end up friends with the cops I end up dealing with. For some reason though that cop would not let me out of that ticket! I'll bet I had ten cops I know try and get with this guy and he just wouldn't budge! It was more a point of pride at that point and he wouldn't even return calls. Oh well, I paid that one and I guess I've mellowed with age because I can't remember the last ticket I got.
