Don't be fat. (It effects your mind/body/hormones/etc.) Exercise regularly. (Same as above.)Get outside. (Same as above.)Eat right, no garbage, soy oil, seed oils, too much sugar, etc etc. (Same as above.)No drugs, including alcohol or caffeine. (Same as above.)Get off the internet/tv/socialmedia/whatever. (Same as above.)Get a physical hobby. It doesn't have to be strenuous, just something you do off the computer or outside. Read. And not just fiction, read all those good books you've been putting off. Like Mein Kampf or The Cultured Thug Handbook.
