True loyalty is only guaranteed when it comes from someone who's compromised...always make sure that you've got dirt on those partnered with you. One never wants to be the only one in need of a bath...or laundromat.
When dealings involve government officials, law enforcement (various branches), Prosecutors or idiot lawyers, always ensure that your interests are secured by loyal people WHO ARE COMPROMISED. Other than that you've got nothing.
