It's called a hypothetical situation. You don't own a lake and you have no control over any water that I or others may need to survive so how about you shut your pie hole? As I said, all major water sources should be owned by the people. If you tried to jew the people by privatizing a natural water source then we will do what we need to do. Hence people do have a right to water to a certain extent.
