I've got a shard of bone lodged under my dental implant plate after chomping down on a chicken drumstick and I swear it's vertically piercing into my top gum. The waterpic won't flush it out and I've no way of digging it out, the plate has to be removed by a dentist...AND IT'S FUCKING BUMMING ME RIGHT OUT.
