This is disingenuous. It's called a "Three day pay or quit" notice. We have this in Texas. After the 3 days, the landlord can begin the eviction process.
Seems like it's the pendulum swing from the eviction moratorium shit the Biden pulled during covid, even after the SCOTUS said it was illegal.
