A lot of y'all already know I'm on probation for DUI, so consider that the refresher. Friday I get a call from the PO saying I pissed hot for extacy back in December. My options were to get violated or pay $180 to have it retested. So I leave work and get a money order, take it to the probation office. I get there and she won't take my money. Apparently they can only test it within two weeks of giving the sample, so I'm violated. I'll get a knock on my door or a cop at my job anytime after Monday to either serve a notice to appear or a warrant for my arrest.

Reasons this is fucked:
1. I don't do drugs, I damn sure didn't do extacy.
2. Extacy has the most false positives out of everything they test for
3. They should have told me back when I failed the test instead of four weeks later. I'm at that office every week for something, sometimes twice or three times a week. I wasn't afforded the opportunity to prove that they made a mistake, and I'm supposed to have that fucking opportunity.

I don't know what happens next. I'm at the mercy of the judge. My PO said I should get a lawyer to protect myself from their mistakes. Can't afford that, but I'm getting a hair follicle test done next week if they don't come get me before then. Any advice?
